Thanks to EKAA I left my boring job and I am now a full time practicing Hypnotherapist.

This was the beginning of the 360 degree turn my life took after that. I started taking more sessions and working on myself with Yuvraj Sir and my father Prof Hervez R Bharucha.

As the trauma was released my skin started clearing up. Till the extent that the acne stopped (this was major acne all over the body also, till the extent that if I shifted sides in the night and my hand would touch the bed, it would pain) my skin was extremely dull and had lost that glow which also post therapy started coming back. I had actually forgotten that I can look good as well because of the acne bit I was going through since so many years. Seeing this massive shift and change I was deeply interested and intrigued to understanding Hypnotherapy even more and hence started my journey as a student.

Every level from level 1 to level 5 was not only so intriguing but the wow element and the healing was so massive in every part. From demo sessions to practice bits, every part I learnt something new and understood myself even more. My view point for life and every individual I had encountered shifted so massively after that. I started identifying various triggering elements and the toxicity in my life in different aspects and it all started shifting bit by bit for the better, forming into a massive beautiful puzzle that all made sense in the end. I was so fortunate to learn levels 1-4 of Hypnotherapy under my father Prof Hervez R Bharucha who at that point of time was already a trainer. I observed that despite being my father, he had a nonjudgemental view point as a therapist and trainer towards my experiences, not only did this bring us closer but it made me realise how much he had shifted post Hypnotherapy training and the massive awareness he had derived within himself after his self-healing. Seeing this shift my mother RashnaBharucha chose to also become a trainer and I could see my parents shifting their lives for the best. This further fuelled the passion within me to understand this vast subject.

Level 5 I ended up doing with Yuvraj Sir and the vast amount of knowledge, passion and just sheer insight he imparted in class showcased his indepth experience in the subject. I was going to join for my Masters in King’s College London immediately after finishing Level 5 and I just knew I wanted to be a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist then.

By the time I finished my ten cases, I was back in India and decided to start practising because I felt if I could heal so fast from such a deeply rooted issue after trying absolutely everything else and seeing no results, everyone could. I realised that as an individual we all have the power and ability to heal via the subconscious mind. I started using this vast knowledge and people felt their lives shifting for the best. I have been applying the same principles for myself and have seen my life transform beautifully in different aspects from academics, career, relationships, self-growth, finance and more over the years. This made me dedicate my life as a therapist and trainer and I decided to be a Level 1 trainer.

As a trainer teaching integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy, this is the only subject I love teaching again and again with the same undying passion because of the sheer impact it brings in life. From adhering to different time zones, (waking up at 5am) to teach Level 1 to international students to speaking in the local and national dialect for my students in India, I end up being amazed every single time with the impact and learning my students leave behind as well.

As a mentor for students post Level 5 who want to become certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, I have realised that no matter where you are and what you have been through, we are all human in the end with the same beliefs and issues and that each one of us has the power to shift our life for the best by using and working with our Subconscious mind and healing the core the right way.

I owe immense amount of happiness, love and joy to EKAA (from Yuvraj Sir, Priya Ma’am to the entire team, including the teachers, mentors, admin team and everyone else) I have encountered on my way. The prompt and extremely efficient work from the admin and sales team is commendable. Special thanks to Nirmal Ma’am, Hitesh Sir and team for constantly being there for any help no matter what time I pester them. This EKAA family bond shared is very precious and dear to me and my family and we wish to continue to experience this in the coming years.

Due to association with EKAA Foundation,I am having a wonderful journey as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and experiencing a completely changed person in terms of my way of seeing the thing around and forming any opinion on a particular subject,especiallyemotions,my response towards any event/situation in my life. I feel that I am much more capable in handling my emotions and events/situations in my life than I used to before joining the EKAA Foundation.

Ever since, I have been studying the Human Psyche with great intrigue. And todayI find that I have the ability to assimilatedifferent schools of thought, different philosophies and ideologiesowing to a steady foundation built at EKAA. Every other bit of information integrates with the wonderful understanding of the Human System that came to me via the EKAA curriculum.

Training the EKAA curriculum thereafter has been a whole new journey by itself. It is always a blessing to be part of a process where wounded hearts open and tender wounds heal. Every class has brought with it an opportunity for me to witness people discover their own inner selves, talk about their deepest fears and watch their eyes shine after a process of healing.
Interestingly, unlike any other subject that we might teach, imparting the knowledge in this curriculum also urges me as a trainer to look deep within to find my own truth and authenticity each time I stand before a class.

My deepest personal experience as a trainer has been that the knowledge in this curriculum is alive, and has a consciousness of its own. It touches my own being just as it flows through me to another being. It gushes on, relentless and determined, and as a trainer I notice that I have been a mere vehicle, called on to deliver what wishes to come forth during the workshop.

Sharing my life challenges with them in turn motivates them to make a difference to their lives. Almost each and every sincere Ekaa student feels a 180 to 360 degree shift in their life on completing the Hypnotherapy course. At the end of it all I feel most gratified and fulfilled that I not only touched lives but at times even saved lives with this amazing knowledge. Ekaa syllabus is very detailed and deep. It gives a very broad and larger perspective of life that no school or college has ever offered. It reveals some of the very simple but profound truths of life that leave the students awestruck. The syllabus is also very well planned, structured and administered. Classroom demos and practice give the participants an on hand experience of the varied tools and techniques that help heal. From the core issue to completion, from root to resolution Hypnotherapy is a comprehensive powerful science of healing. It enables one to dig to the deepest levels through past life regression to discover the rotten roots. Karma resolution through life between lives and past life regression therapy is the greatest privilege offered only by Hypnotherapy as compared to other alternative therapies.

The cooperation and prompt support that Ekaa admin and family always extends is incredible. It is an additional feather to our cap as it shows our passion, efficiency and dedication as a team.
